Bev, I don't have any great lists that have worked well for this sort of thing. However, I haven't tested a bunch. Having said all that, You can try the credit challenged list and select non homeowners.
You can do list selects on Altair on the General lists and look for renters.
The best thing that continues to work are in order of success: 1.) Signs (over 55% of my purchasers came from signs.) These should read something like.... "Bad Credit Okay" "Rent To Own" etc. 2.) Newspaper ads. I am always running newspaper ads, even if I don't have vacancies. Same thing on the signs works well in classifieds... (Another great one is: "You Fix It, We Finance It.")
